The Space
Porta Fortuna Villa 6 was built for connection and relaxation. With four spacious bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements—including pull-out beds beneath every queen-size bed—this villa comfortably hosts large families, retreats, or celebratory gatherings. Mornings start best by the private pool, coffee in hand and mountain views ahead. Evenings invite you to the outdoor grill and dining area, where meals stretch long into the golden hour. Inside, the design blends clean architectural lines with tropical materials and textures, creating a space that feels both luxurious and grounded. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, is crafted to offer comfort, privacy, and effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Located in the heart of Punta Mita’s gated resort community, Porta Fortuna is known for its peaceful atmosphere, manicured landscapes, and proximity to some of the best amenities in the area. Just a short golf cart ride away are Punta Mita’s exclusive beach clubs—Kupuri, Pacifico, and Sufi Ocean Club—as well as boutique shopping, fine dining, and the charm of the Punta Mita village.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Additional fees may apply. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist. *This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out. No pets allowed. No smoking. Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity. After 10pm, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool is not allowed. No food in bedrooms. The standard capacity of the property is 8 people. However, upon request, a maximum of 8 adults + 4 children under 12 years old can be accepted. If you wish to book with this number of people, please contact us before confirming your reservation to validate availability and conditions. No pets allowed.
Getting Around
A 6-seater golf cart is provided for your convenience—perfect for cruising to the beach, exploring the village, or heading to a nearby club for sunset drinks. Private airport transportation is recommended for arrival, and once you’re here, everything you need is just minutes away.
