The Space

Terrazas P23 is crafted to balance luxury and comfort. With two master suites and a bunk-bed room perfect for kids or a nanny, it’s an ideal setup for families or small groups. The gourmet kitchen invites home-cooked meals, while the private terrace features a grill and sink bar, perfect for outdoor dining. From nearly every corner, guests enjoy treetop panoramas, lush golf greens, and glimpses of the distant ocean. The unit is equipped with A/C, WiFi, satellite TV, and daily housekeeping. Two on-site pools connected by a 160-meter canal round out the stay.

Guests enjoy access to the building’s pools and a range of Punta Mita’s premier amenities, including the Surf, Kupuri, Pacifico, Sufi, and St. Regis beach clubs, Jack Nicklaus golf courses, tennis courts, and gym. Some amenities may require an additional fee.

A $1,000 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Additional fees may apply. Cancellation policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist. *This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes on No pets allowed.

Getting Around

We recommend booking private transportation from the airport for a smooth and comfortable arrival. Once inside Punta Mita, getting around by golf cart is the easiest and most enjoyable way to discover its beaches, restaurants, and clubs.

Respect all signs throughout Punta mita, your Community, and at the Clubs. 4. In Punta Mita, responsible use of golf carts is encouraged for all our visitors. Minors are not authorized to drive these vehicles, only these with a valid driver’s license. Additionally, drinking and driving a golf cart is strongly discouraged to ensure the safety of both the driver and other members of our community. 5. Walk & jog on the recreational paths – not on the road or Golf Course. Pet owners must keep their dogs on a leash all the time in common areas and carry bags to pick after your pets. 6. The Golf Course is for golfers – and only for golfers. 7. Golf Dress Code must be respected for all golfers and spectators. Improperly dressed persons will be asked to change before using the facilities. 8. Fitness Facilities: All users are required to register their arrival at the reception before accessing the gym. Guests must pay the corresponding fee for the use of the facilities, in accordance with the rates established at the reception. Furthermore, it is essential to strictly adhere to the gym’s rules, which include: avoiding the use of mobile phones, using headphones during workouts, cleaning equipment after each use, and maintaining respect towards other users at all times. 9. Members must accompany invited guests to the Beach Clubs or other Club facilities; otherwise, they will not be permitted to enter the Clubs. 10. In the interest of everyone´s safety and security all guests that visit Punta Mita must be pre-registered with the HOA.
