A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Additional fees may apply. Cancellation policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. *This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Suitable for infants (less than 2). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. No pets allowed.

For exploring beyond Punta Mita, taxis and private drivers are readily available. The nearby town of Punta de Mita and surrounding areas, such as Sayulita and San Pancho, are easily accessible by car.
